What fitness level is required to start training?
It doesn't matter. The training sessions are designed for auto-regulation, so you'll easily be able to start where you're at, not where anyone else is at.
It's not about where you're at, it's about your mindset. I don't care if you can bench press a truck or can't do a push-up. I care if you have the mental fortitude to hang, take criticism, and help others forward.
All of the training sessions are designed to be able to completed in a decently equipped home gym. We primarily use barbells, dumbbells, and carrying implements. The more stuff you have, the better, but the program is designed to work with multiple setups.
Each one will take most guys 45-60 minutes. Typically there are 4 lifting-focused sessions per week and two conditioning-focused sessions.
It doesn't matter. Your diet determines that. You train to get stronger, faster, and more muscular no matter what your bodyweight goal is. If you're trying to lose fat, at minimum training this way will keep you strong.
